RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns or issue refunds if:
Your order arrives damaged
You receive the wrong size, color, or design
If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase and include clear photos so we can review the issue.
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
Customers in the EU are covered by a 14-day return policy.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you placed an order by mistake or need to change the size or color, contact us within 3 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.
SIZING NOTICE
Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering. Since all items are made to order, we can’t accept returns due to sizing issues.

Easy returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
